Kansas has had a spectacular year based on the pre-season expectations. While young and unexperienced, Self has definately qualified himself as a candidate for COTY and these Baby Jays have shown that they are going to soar very soon. While I don’t think that Kansas will win the conference this year, I do have high hopes for the program moving forward into the tourney and in the years to come. This class, if it stays intact, could bring the title back home to Lawrence for the first time and maybe before we celebrate the 20th anniversary of our 88 squad!!
