KU a sleeper to win the Big 12 in football?
At least according to some.

The first is that they play in the Big 12 North, and they get to avoid Oklahoma, Texas, and Texas Tech in the regular season. That makes for a pretty soft schedule.
The Jayhawks’ offense will lead the way this year even though they have a freshman at quarterback with Kerry Meier. Defensively, this team was very solid overall last year, and the run defense was tremendous.
The loss of eight starters on “D” dampers the spirit somewhat, but there is a lot of optimism on campus this year and Kansas is a team to keep an eye on.

As much as I would love to see the Hawks compete for a Big XII title, I still don’t think we can classify the Hawks as a sleeper. Maybe in the north, but not for the whole conference. Also, I would love for you guys to check out my site.
